It follows a site inspection of the property earlier this month
And a house planning application made by Conor McGregor has been deemed invalid by Kildare County Council.
The planning application consisted of McGregor completing his home at The Paddocks in Straffan.
In a council letter seen by Kfm News, the council states that McGregor's application "does not comply with the requirements of the Regulations", and therefore cannot be considered by the Planning Authority.
It follows a site inspection of the property on May 7th of this year.
The council made numerous findings following the inspection, including an existing internal road network, an accurate layout of the existing projecting decking area including access points to the River Liffey.
They also noted a "significantly sized marquee type structure which appears to comprise a sports-related facility", a security hut and shipping containers as well as a site compound area.
