Since the end of May 2026, three High Court orders against those in illegal occupation have been obtained
The Department of Defence have said that they are actively pursuing legal means to remove another illegal encampment on the edge of the Curragh.
The Curragh has seen a number of new encampments in recent weeks.
Minister for Defence Helen McEntee has confirmed that her department officials have been working closely with the Chief State Solicitor's Office with regard to the illegal encampments.
It follows a previous Parliamentary Question asked by Labour TD for Kildare South Mark Wall.
