Clúid has opened applications for 11 new cost rental homes in Maynooth.
The two-bed, A-rated houses at The Grange on the Celbridge Road are being offered at a rent of €1,650 per month, which Clúid says is at least 25 per cent below market rates.

To qualify, applicants must show their household earns less than €59,000 a year, is not getting housing supports like HAP or Rent Supplement, does not own a home, can pay the rent, and that everyone in the household is living in Ireland.
Averil Power, Chief Executive Officer at Clúid, said applicants will need to submit all their documentation online before 5pm on Wednesday 11 February to be included in the lottery.
