Twenty parent and toddler groups in Kildare will receive a total of €16,677 in government funding, as part of a national scheme announced today.
The grants are part of a €421,618 national package, announced by the Department of Children.
It will support 461 groups.

The initiative, under the First 5 strategy, also supports buggy walking groups to promote outdoor activity and community connection.
Kildare’s allocation was managed through the county’s Childcare Committee.
