A €20m plan to rejuvenate Carlow Town has been unveiled.
The programme, funded by the Department of Local Government, aims to improve public realm spaces including in the areas of the Potato Market, Tullow Street and Barrack Street.
The plans feature proposals including outdoor dining areas for cafés and restaurants as well as hang out spaces and sensory play equipment for people of all ages.
