They will be available from October 30th.
A row of derelict cottages in Fairview, Kildare Town - once fire-damaged and vandalised - has been restored and will return to the rental market at €2,200 per month.
REA McGee say the refurbished two-bedroom, one-bathroom homes, measuring 90 sq m and rated A for energy efficiency, will be available from October 30th.
Each comes with underfloor heating, modern interiors, and open-plan living - but no parking spaces are provided.
The cottages are a five-minute walk from Kildare train station and a 1.2 km drive from Kildare Village shopping outlet.
Agents expect strong demand, with viewings handled by email or online enquiries only.
Some locals have expressed disappointment over the rent rates, saying it pushes them beyond being able to rent in their own county.
In a social media post, Branach Developments said the refurbishment is one of many projects putting "new life into old homes" across Leinster.
