Fire In Building In Carlow Following Car Crash

An investigation is underway after a car crashed into a building in Carlow in the early hours of this morning, and the building subsequently went on fire.

Gardaí remain at the scene on Tullow Street, following the incident at 5am.

Officers say a fire broke out at the premises following the collision and fire services attended.

The scene is preserved for a technical examination, and Tullow Street is partially closed to traffic this morning.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone with information or video footage of this incident to come forward
