It was agreed at a special meeting of the Naas Municipal District on Wednesday
At a special meeting of the Naas Municipal District, Councillors have agreed that parking in the following Kildare County Council car parks will be free from Wednesday, December 18th.
They will be free from 9.30am to 5.30pm daily, and will end at 9.30am on Friday, January 3rd.
The four car parks are:
- New Row car park, Naas
- Hedermans car park, Naas
- Fairgreen car park, Naas
- Abbey street car park, Naas
Illegal parking will continue to be enforced as normal in all car parks.
The council are reminding people that standard parking fees will remain at all other locations.
