Peter Byrne (17) got into difficulty while swimming in the Milford area
The funeral arrangements have been announced for the 17-year-old who died after getting into difficulty while swimming in County Carlow this week.
Peter Byrne from Dolmen Gardens in Carlow town, was with friends in the Milford area when he got into difficulty on Tuesday evening.
His reposal will take place at his home from 1pm on Sunday.
Peter's funeral mass will take place at The Cathedral of the Assumption, Carlow on Monday at 10am, followed by Burial St Mary’s Cemetery.
