A driver has been arrested by Naas Roads Unit.
Gardai encountered the vehicle in Naas last night.
The car was being driven without lights when it was stopped.
It then transpired that the motorist has no driving licence and was without insurance.
The driver then failed a roadside drugs test, which returned indications for cocaine.
They were detained, and the vehicle impounded.
Gardai say proceedings are to follow.
