Gardai In Naas Target Impaired Drivers and Uninsured Vehicles in Night Operation

An unaccompanied learner driver operating on a permit for 20 years had their faced vehicle impounded.

Gardaí in Naas executed a targeted road safety operation on Saturday night, deploying 14 checkpoints.

Six drivers were apprehended for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Two vehicles were seized due to lack of insurance, and an unaccompanied learner driver operating on a permit for 20 years had their vehicle impounded.

Gardaí in Naas operated 14 road checkpoints around the district on Saturday night.
