Anyone with information has been asked to contact their local garda station.
Gardai are appealing for information after a gang of teenagers were disturbed as they tried to hotwire a car on Saturday morning between the hours of 6am and 7am in St Brigids Terrace, Sallins.
They smashed the car's driver window, gained access and tried to hotwire the car.
They fled on foot after they were disturbed by the homeowner.
Kfm understands that the culprits were between the ages of 14-16.
