St James' Hospital has treated numerous women for botched surgeries in the last few months.
St James' Hospital in Dublin is appealing to people to consider the "hidden costs" of going overseas for cosmetic surgery.
It's after they treated 8 women the space of 4 months for complications they'd received from botched jobs in Turkey, Lithuania, Romania and Belgium.
4 of these patients presented with problems resulting from buttock surgery while 2 had to have their implants removed.
