House And Apartment Prices Across Kildare Rise Sharply

Four-bedroom semis are listed at €516,000, up almost ten percent, while detached homes average €420,000 for a three-bed and €588,000 for a four-bed.

The average price of a home in Kildare has risen to €455,000, according to the latest Daft.ie House Price Report.

A typical three-bedroom semi-detached house in the county now costs €405,000, seven percent higher than a year ago.

Four-bedroom semis are listed at €516,000, up almost ten percent, while detached homes average €420,000 for a three-bed and €588,000 for a four-bed.

Apartments in Kildare have also surged in value, with two-bed units priced at €285,000, an increase of more than nine percent, and three-bed apartments now at €398,000, almost eighteen percent higher than last year.
