25-year-old Kaythlyn Smith was a passenger in a car that plunged 20 feet off a bridge outside Hollywood in July.
She survived, but suffered a severe spinal injury and now has no movement in her fingers.

Before the accident, Kaythlyn worked as a beautician on cruise ships, travelling the world.
Now she is confined to a wheelchair and undergoing intensive rehabilitation.
