Gardaí are appealing to the public to make any dash cam footage available
Gardaí in Athy are investigating the theft of metal bollards in the town.
The 17 bollards which were taken were set in concrete on a footpath on the Fortbarrington Road.
Any road users with dash cam footage of the area is asked to examine it.
Speaking on Kfm's Crimetime slot Garda Audrey Sheridan said: "Gardaí are investigating a theft that occurred on Fortbarrington Road in Athy that occurred on Monday night 17th April 2023 / early hours of Tuesday 18th April 2023.
"No arrests have been made at this time.
"Investigations are ongoing."
