An investigation has been launched after a loaded gun was found in Tallaght, Dublin.
Gardai were called out to the scene of a motorbike incident in Fortunestown, Tallaght at around 4pm yesterday afternoon.
It's believed the motorbike had been rammed off the road by another vehicle.
Two male teenagers were hurt and taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.
When Gardaí arrived at the scene and examined the area they found a gun nearby, according to the Mirror.
It's believed the weapon was loaded.
Meanwhile the vehicle - believed to have been used in the ramming - was later found burnt out.
This incident has sparked concerns about a rise in violence in Tallaght in the past number of weeks.
