European Council adopt EU digital Covid cert.
Regulations on the EU digital Covid certificate have been adopted by the European Council.
They are aimed to facilitate travel between member states.
Earlier this week MEPs backed the proposal.
Vaccination, test and recovery certificates will apply from the first of July.

The Irish Travel Agents Association says, however, that the regulations must be reformed, and then uniformly applied.
