Application lodged for Railpark in Maynooth.
Kildare County Council is considering a proposal for dozens of new homes in Maynooth.
Heathcote Holdings Limited is seeking permission for the demolition of a house at Parklands Grove, in Railpark.
In its place, the firm wants to build 40 hours, 36 apartments, and a link route to the Maynooth Eastern Ring Road.
KCC is scheduled to issue its decision on the application on September 2nd.
The developmen description is as follows
"the demolition of a habitable house and the construction of 40 No. houses and 36 No. apartments, 1 No. vehicular link with the approved Maynooth Eastern Ring Road and all associated and ancillary site development works.
