Its to enable works by Irish Water
Kildare County Council is proposing to close a road in Newbridge for 40 days, to facilitate works by Irish Water.
It is from Standhouse Road/Artillery Place junction to the junction with Moorefield Road, and Langton Road.
KCC says the closures will take place, on a rolling basis, between June 21st and October 29th.

Planned works are programmed for 18 calendar days. Advance notification of start date will be provided. Roads will be opened early if works are completed early.

Alternative Routes: Northbound vehicles travelling on the R415 towards Kildare will divert left at the junction of R415/L7024 (circa 3km) to the L3004. Southbound vehicles travelling on the R415 towards Nurney will divert straight on at the junction of R445/R415 (circa 3km) to the R415. Southbound vehicles travelling on the M7 intending to exit at Junction 13 towards Fontstown will divert at Junction 12 M7 via R416. Northbound vehicles travelling on the M7 intending to exit at Junction 14 towards Fontstown will divert at Junction 12 M7 via R417. |
