Kildare County Council has signed a contract with a main contractor for a new housing project in Carbrury.
The Trinity Way project is located at the former HSE Dispensary.
The project involves the refurbishment of the existing Dispensary building on site into a dwelling and the construction of four new terraced social housing units.
The housing is scheduled for completion in 2027.
KCC has appointed Showglade Ltd. as the main contractor and project supervisor construction stage (PSCS).
The project was designed by Desiun Architects, who will lead the construction stage design team.
Other design team members include CORA Consulting Engineers (Civil and Structural), OCSC Consulting Engineers (Mechanical and Electrical), Bolger Quantity Surveyors and Cunnane Stratton Reynolds (Landscape Architects).
