Kildare headquartered NUA Healthcare is creating 300 jobs across the country.
The private provider of intellectual disability and mental heath services will use it's so called 'educate to employ strategy.'
It's targeting employees in other sectors who want a change of scenery, PUP recipients and people with relevant experience.
The company, based in Naas, has stressed that the roles are open to everyone, and will be spread across operations and other services.
