Kildare Drivers Warned Of Hazardous Travelling Conditions

Temperatures could fall to -3 degrees tonight.

Kildare drivers are being warned of hazardous travelling conditions due to the current cold snap.

Three died in separate crashes yesterday, bringing to 7, the number of people killed on Irish roads since the start of 2024.

Safety chiefs are appealing to motorists to take particular care of driving in freezing fog and icy conditions.

Temperatures could fall to -3 degrees tonight.

Alan O'Reilly from Carlow Weather says it's going to feel very cold over the next few days.
