3 stations in Kildare, in Ballitore, Kill and Ballymore Eustace, were closed in that year, along with 67 others, nationwide.
These included in Hollywood, and Donard.
The Dept. of Justice has confirmed that the Ballitore property is being prepared for disposal next year.
So, too, is the premises in Hollywood.
