It will take place at Newbridge Garda Station on Sunday.
Kildare Gardai are to hold a property marking day.
People are invited to bring along property such as tools, gardening equipment or bikes and have them marked with a unique number.
In the event that items are stolen or lost, this will assist Gardaí returning them back to their rightful owner.
The event takes place a Newbridge Garda Station on Sunday, between 10am and 2pm.
Gardaí say they will also be available on the day to give crime prevention advice.
