Fianna Fáil's Kildare South TD, Seán Ó Fearghaíl, declared ownership of a house in Fennor
Kildare's two cabinet TDs, Fine Gael's Martin Heydon and Fianna Fail's James Lawless, declared themselves as landlords in 2025.
The latest publication of the Dáil register of interests contains an updated list of TDs who are legally obliged to declare their income from land or property.
Thirty five members of the Dáil declared they rented property or land last year.
Minister Heydon leased farmlands at Blackrath and Aghcross in Co. Laois.
Minister Lawless declared renting a property in Sallins.
There were twenty nine TDs who did not declare rental income in 2025, however they did declare ownership of second homes or multiple pieces of land.
Fianna Fáil's Kildare South TD, Seán Ó Fearghaíl, declared ownership of a house in Fennor, that is occupied by his daughter and constituency office in Athy.
He also declared ownership of farmland at Fennor and Shanacloon, both in Kildare.
