In Kildare, average rent is €1,818 a month, marking 4.6% rise compared to the first three months of 2024.
Limerick was worst affected, seeing an increase of 17.5% since the same time last year, while in Waterford and Cork cities, the increases were 6.9% and 8% respectively.
