Kildare's 7-Day Covid-19 Incidence Rate Is 2069 Cases Per 100,000 People

For the week to 17th January

4,604 people in Co. Kildare were diagnosed with Covid-19 in the week to 17th January.

The 7-day Covid-19 incidence rate was 2069.2 cases, per 100,000 of the population.

Co. Kildare had the ninth highest rate nationally.

The median age of those diagnosed in the county was 32 ears.

The national rate for those 7 days was 1887.8 cases.

Co. Westmeath had the highest rate in the country at 5154.9 cases.

4,576 people in Westmeath were diagnosed with the virus in the week, up to 17th January.
