Primary school children in Kildare and across the country are being asked to get their paints and easels out for a new competition.
The Get SunSmart! Children's Art Competition has been launched by The Minister for Public Health.
Young people are being asked to roll up their sleeves and start painting to help raise awareness about ultraviolet sun rays.
Hildegarde Naughton outlined the five sunsmart steps and said young people are best at delivering the message.
