Kildare's Property Market Continues Upward Trend: Median Price Jumps To €395k

The median cost of a property now sits at €327,500.

The average price of a house in the last year rose by 4 point 4 percent.

The CSO has released its latest Residential Property Price Index up to December 2023.

The median cost of a property now sits at €327,500.

The highest median prices outside of Dublin were in Wicklow (€430,000) and Kildare (€395,000), while the lowest price was €165,000 in Leitrim.

The most expensive Eircode area was A94 'Blackrock' in Dublin with a median price of €720,000.
