Housing Minister James Browne says the rise in terminations isn't going to stop the rollout of new laws surrounding Rent Pressure Zones.
61 per cent of tenancies ended between July and September were because the landlord plans to sell the property.

Over 5,400 Notices of Termination were submitted to the Rental Tenancies Board in the third quarter of the year, including 187 in Kildare.
The number of tenancies ended has increased by 35 per cent since the same time last year.
Housing Minister James Browne says the rise in terminations isn't going to stop the rollout of new laws surrounding Rent Pressure Zones.
