The development includes a three-storey primary care centre, along with more than 160 car parking spaces and 160 bicycle spaces.

A new 156-bed nursing home is planned for construction along the Kildare/Meath border after a planning appeal to An Bord Pleanála was withdrawn.

In July 2023, Meath County Council approved the proposal by developers Sky Castle Limited for the site off Dunboyne Road, just outside Maynooth.

The development includes a three-storey primary care centre, along with more than 160 car parking spaces and 160 bicycle spaces.
