A woman walking home at around 1.30am was attacked by two men, pushed to the ground, and had her handbag stolen.
Gardaí in Monasterevin are appealing for witnesses following a robbery in the town over the weekend.
It happened in the early hours of Sunday morning, the 5th of October, at Drogheda Court – a short distance from Finlays pub.

The suspects fled the scene and Gardaí say the woman was left badly shaken by the incident.
Anyone who was socialising in Monasterevin that night and who may have noticed anything unusual is asked to contact Kildare Garda Station on 045 527730.
