The Land Development Agency is seeking to build over 200 new homes in Naas.
The LDA was set up by government to work "State bodies and local authorities to make more effective use of State lands, providing a stable, sustainable supply of land for housing."

Its with respect to the agency's plans for 42 houses, 177 apartments and a creche at the former Devoy Barracks site, on John Devoy Road in Naas.
An Bord Pleanala is due to issue its decision on December 12th.
