A local musician has penned a song for Athy after it was voted the most romantic town in Ireland.
Joseph Gorman, who’s from Ballindrum, between Narraghmore and Athy, wrote the song last night.

Coming in second place is Newbridge, followed by Ennis in Clare in third and fourth-placed Carrick-on-Suir in Tipperary.
