That's according to Kildare North Fianna Fáil TD Naoise O' Cearuil.
Speaking on Kildare Today, he said the plans will be down to the experts.
That's after criticism from Kildare North Sinn Fein TD Reada Cronin that the latest announcements lack detail.
She said the Plan is a "rinse and repeat".
Labour also says the National Development Plan is short on detail and inspires little confidence for the future.
The Government has allocated almost 275 billion euro in capital spending over the next decade in a revised NDP which was announced yesterday.
