HeadsUp Kildare is hosting a six-week programme from the end of January to help people feeling isolated or disconnected.
Speaking on Kildare Today, Deirdre Bigley, a headsup team member, said people interested can contact her directly, with the programme set to take place in the Coill Dubh Community Centre.
