Locals Gather Together Today For Relay For Life At The Curragh

Kfm is broadcasting live today with John Dunne and Vikki Martin, as organisers continue preparations for this evening's Relay For Life.

Relay For Life begins for people across the county today at The Curragh.

Relay For Life brings communities together to honor those we've lost to cancer, celebrate survivors and stand with those still fighting.

Kfm is broadcasting live today with John Dunne and Vikki Martin, as organisers continue preparations for this evening's event.

The event will kick off at 1pm this afternoon and conclude at 1pm Sunday, marking 24 continuous hours of walking, remembrance, and community support.

There will be live entertainment and activities throughout the day.

A Candle of Hope Ceremony is held at dusk, featuring hundreds of candle bags that have been personalized with messages to and from loved ones.
