ESB say crews are working to repair the outages as quickly as possible
Approximately 100 households around Kildare remain without power this afternoon.
79 customers are affected in the Allenwood/Timahoe area, with an estimated restoration time of 7pm this evening.
21 customers are without electricity in Newbridge, with power not expected to return until tomorrow afternoon.
Nationally, around 8 thousand homes and businesses have been without power for five days now, following Storm Darragh.
ESB crews are continuing to work to restore electricity in several areas.
The utility company says restoration has been made difficult due to the geographical spread of the damage.
Mark Madigan, Engagement Manager with ESB Networks, says there has not been such damage to lines, since Storm Ophelia in 2017.
