The proposed estate includes a cinema, bar, games area, and two swimming pools on a 10-acre site.
Plans for a large-scale resident for MMA fighter Conor McGregor in Straffan will not impact locals, according to a submission lodged on his behalf.
McGregor has submitted plans to Kildare County Council for a 32,693 sq ft six-bedroom mansion to replace his current five-bedroom home at The Paddocks, Straffan.
The proposed estate includes a cinema, bar, games area, and two swimming pools on a 10-acre site.

Council planners previously raised concerns about the scale and design, but, according to journalist Gordan Deegan, McGregor’s team claims the site can accommodate the home without impacting local residents.
The council's decision is expected this month.
