Gardaí in Naas are appealing for information after a number of high-end items were stolen from a car in a local estate.
The incident occurred in the Milbrook estate between Thursday 22 October and into the early hours of Friday morning 23 October.
It is not known the exact time frame of the theft, with Garda investigations underway.
A male had reported that his car was "smashed in", with the front passenger window broken in the process.
Speaking on Kildare Today, Garda Mo Nerney said that a number of items were taken, including luxurious watches, a device and a handbag.
Among the items stolen were an Apple iPad with a Joker cover, as well as a handbag which was left on one of the seats.
Two watches, a silver Casio, and a gold Bulgari were also reported stolen, along with two men's perfumes of the Hugo Boss and Gucci brands.
Garda Nerney described the theft as "substantial", after a number of items were removed from the vehicle last week.
Naas Gardai are now appealing to anyone with any information or who may have seen anyone acting suspicious in the Millbrook estate last Thursday night into early hours of Friday Morning to contact them on 04588430.
