Seized by the Criminal Assets Bureau as proceeds of crime, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom detached home is located on a corner site within the exclusive gated Coldwater Lakes complex.
Originally listed at €550,000, the bidding began at midday and saw increments ranging from €1,000 to €9,000 over two hours.
It finally sold for €931,000.
According to Gibson's Auctions, the estate agent handling the sale, the property boasts 3,410 square feet of living space spread across two floors.
