Single vehicle collision
A man in his 20's has died following a crash in Co. Meath last night.
The single vehicle collision happened on the L5068 near Knockcommon, Slane at 10.30pm.
The man, who was the sole occupant in the vehicle, was treated for injuries at the scene, but later pronounced dead.
A postmortem is due to take place today.
The road remains closed this morning to allow for a technical examination.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses, particularly those with dash cam footage.
