Gardaí attended the scene of a fatal road traffic collision that occurred on Saturday afternoon, 5th August 2023 in County Wicklow.

The motorcyclist, a man in his 40s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other injuries were reported.
The road remains closed this evening while Garda Forensic Collision Investigators conduct a technical examination of the scene.
Local diversions are in place.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this collision to come forward.
