Seizure arose during a joint operation between Gardai and Revenue.
A man has been arrested following the seizure of cocaine valued at €812,000 in Kildare.
A multi-agency operation, involving Gardai and Revenue, took place in Naas today.
11.5 kilos of cocaine were recovered.
A man in his 30s was arrested.
He is being questioned this evening at Naas Garda Station.
Revenue says "This operation was part of Revenue’s ongoing joint investigations targeting organised crime groups and the importation, sale and supply of illegal drugs.
Revenue, in a statement, adds "If businesses or members of the public have any information regarding drug smuggling, they can contact Revenue in confidence on Confidential Phone Number 1800 295 295."
