Maynooth Station Overhaul Delivers New Lifts, Lighting And Improved Access

The upgrades are part of a wider national accessibility programme.

Accessibility upgrades at Maynooth Train Station have been officially completed.

The project included a new covered footbridge with two lifts, upgraded platforms, improved lighting, redesigned accessible parking, new tactile signage, help points, and a refurbished accessible toilet.

The upgrades are part of a wider national accessibility programme. 

Similar works have been completed in Rathmore and Athy, with more stations to follow.
