A significant mixed-use development, The Malt House, has been announced in the heart of Monasterevin, promising to blend modern living with historical preservation.
Situated on the site of the former Malt House in Monasterevin, the project encompasses 39 residential units, featuring a mix of 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments, and is set to transform a notable protected structure into a residential community.
The Malt House development includes the refurbishment and conversion of the historic Malt House building, alongside new construction designed to complement the existing architecture.

Of the 39 units, 23 are 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, with 21 housed within the protected structures.
The remaining 16 units are 2, 3, and 4 bedroom dwellings.
