Motorcyclist In Her 60s Dies Following Crash With Truck Near Kilcock

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

A motorcyclist in her 60s has died in a crash near Kilcock.

The collision, involving a truck, happened on the R148 at Killickaweeny near Kilcock shortly before midday.

She was pronounced dead at the scene, with no other injuries reported.

The road between Kilcock and Enfield is closed and expected to remain so until tomorrow, pending a technical exam by Gardaí.

Anyone who was in the area at the time, especially those with camera footage, is asked to come forward.
