Europe’s biggest outdoor agricultural show is set to welcome an estimated 300,000 visitors to Screggan from tomorrow through Thursday.
The National Ploughing Championships, returning to a familiar site last used between 2016 and 2018, has expanded its footprint this year with additional land allocated for both competition plots and parking facilities.
Organisers promise the traditional mix of attractions for attendees, from the fiercely contested National Brown Bread Baking Competition to the centrepiece ploughing contests themselves.
The trade exhibition area will operate daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tickets remain on sale online via the National Ploughing Association website (www.npa.ie).
