A neighbour of Nikita Hand has alleged witnessing the mother-of-one being punched and kicked by her ex partner just hours after she said she was violently raped by MMA fighter and Straffan resident Conor McGregor in a Dublin hotel.
Mr Justice Seamus Noonan outlined the allegations in the Court of Appeal today.
